What is it?
The Grid Experience is an exciting participatory project which explores movement and shared spaces.
We created it in response to people experiencing a physical and social disconnect because of Covid-19.
Dance and movement are great ways to improve wellbeing and connect with others. The Grid Experience is a unique, accessible way to do this within physical distancing guidelines.
