The DREAM Workshop is a multi-dimensional and embodied practice that interconnects free flowing movement through intention setting, visualization meditation, dance and music, and vocalization designed to open and activate your soul to its fullest potential.

On November 10th, 2019, The DREAM Workshop happened in New York City at ZeroSpace — an immersive, psychedelic art playground in Midtown Manhattan. Holly Chang, creator of The DREAM Workshop and The DREAM Revolution, led everyone in a visualization meditation underneath the Parastella art installatio - a 20ft radius LED installation with over 150 different animations by world-renowned LED magician, Christopher Schardt.

In creating this workshop, the intention was to:
★Attain a newfound and/or even stronger belief that you can do it, whatever your dreams are, anything is possible ✨
★Crystalize what your dreams are for yourself as an individual and what your dreams are for the world, for humanity, for all of us.
★Express yourself through dance in a beautiful, engaging, and safe space
★Take home a professional photo of yourself as your highest self, something you can look at every day and know that this is who you are.
★Make connections with people that may align with your beliefs and create further action.

We gathered as a group of dreamers, doers and movers to create the container of which our dreams and wishes and hopes are held, and play and dance and choose the vibrational output to share with the world .
