Avalon beach was the perfect place for filming and embrace the spirit of being part of nature and got these stunning imagery for this video, waking up for the sunrise, meditate and the exercise early in the morning that you can feel on the video.
There are no actors here all the people you see are true friends that meet 3 or 4 days per week to share time and stories together before the day starts.
