“Tableau” is a short dance film, exploring the bounds of movement in a surreal still life of color and form. It’s a study of play, curious and delightful; a wandering passage of time in a contained space: a kitchen table.
The film was created during the COVID-19 pandemic through the loveDANCEmore commissioning program "Only The Lonely," with guidelines that artists should work in the safest possible way per health guidelines. It was filmed at home, and presented in a virtual concert. (Salt Lake City, April 2021)
