A previs sequence I created to showcase a fight between 2 people. I used fight choreography from Vlad Rimburg & Emmanuel Manzanares since I wanted to ensure the fighting was authentic.

I used real camera focal lengths and parameters to ensure the shots matched real life constraints and I enjoyed exploring different shots and camera movements as part of the previs.

I was responsible for all aspects of this except the character rig, and I used a Maya to Unreal workflow to utilize Unreal’s realtime rendering capabilites.

I also got a lot of great feedback and notes from Maike Fiene who helped me understand how to refine the shots and overall animation.
