1. A man follows a woman into a CTA station. The woman gets nervous as she thinks someone is following her. The man gets worried the police are following him. Suspicion continues as intensity picks up for both characters. The man attempts to rob/physically assault her. But it is revealed that she had a pair of scissors as a weapon and kills the man.
2. The man causes the woman to be intimidated and creates a defense within her and kills the man. The hidden effect was the pair of scissors the woman had in her pocket.
3. It changes are understanding of the narrative because the movement has to be illustrated ina single frame. Their is no visualization or video that can show a characters actions since they are still shots. This can change the way the mood of the film is as I did not use sound or music. The viewer has to create the narrative based on the detail and editing of the shot.
4. It moves from restricted to unrestricted as soon as the man is behind the woman and the woman takes the scissors out. The audience knows only where the two characters are going and do not know the intentions until both characters know what is happening.
