-Push through heel, keep chin tucked and ribs down.
-Leg should be at 90* in top position. If feet too far out, will feel more hamstrings, if feet too close, will feel more quads.
-Lower hips down until can no longer keep shins vertical, then drive through heels to bring hips back up. Keep movement slow and controlled. If shins start travelling back, you have gone too far down.
