Синопсис:
Неудачный писатель должен, на некоторое время сам стать детективом и найти вора кофейных чашек, в качестве уплаты долга хозяйке кафе за весь употребленный кофе в счет будущих гонораров. Во время расследования герой влюбляется, и ему приходится сделать выбор, который приводит к трагическим последствиям. Но судьба дает ему второй шанс сделать все как следует.
