4 steps:
1) Retime the live-action to reduce the number of drawings needed. 202 frames total length, 81 frames used as reference.
2) Roughs drawn in TV Paint, directly over top of the live-action. Hips placed mid-thigh, head 2x size, tail added as I go.
3) Fills, tones, highlights added frame-by-frame, outlines added procedurally in TVP.
4) Recolour and duplicate/resize in Premiere.
