Two clocks tick to different times. One clock measures the speed of time and another the speed of people dieing from hunger. This animation served as the open to the video Hunger in a World of Plenty which was commissioned by Oxfam International as part of their Millennium Hunger Campaign. Animation by Alan Foreman. Additional sound elements and mix provided by Roger Miller. Narrated by Actor Mike Farrell.
