Any given adult has approximately seventy Square Meters of surface area inside their lungs. This installation attempts to capture some of that magnitude through projection and sculpture. The piece in centered around a cast glass torso fitted with a rubber diaphragm, which pumps air in and out of the torso. This breathing action also control's the large projection behind. Installation built for UT's Vislab.
