The Manually End a Showing feature allows a showing agent to manually notify the listing agent and homeowners when the showing has ended. Users may access this feature by selecting a stopwatch in the top right corner of one of our three landing pages to indicate the showing is complete. This feature is activated once a property has been accessed. Once the showing has been manually ended, the listing agent is notified through the message center and push notifications. If the listing agent enabled notifications, a notice is also sent to the homeowner. The log will show a manual end of showing. To access Manually End a Showing…

1. Launch the SentriKey Real Estate App
2. Press enter on the lockbox
3. Enter your PIN or use Touch ID / Face ID
4. Once accessed, the Property Access Settings will appear.
5. To Manually end a showing, select the stopwatch located in the top right corner
6. To complete this action, tap “confirm”
7. If you need to return the key, please select “return key” otherwise select “Skip” ALT: or “Complete”
8. You have successfully manually ended a showing
9. Tap “Done”
