I made the first 3d CGI animation degree project at the Rhode Island School of Design, called Asa Nisi Masa, after a nonensical phrase used in the movie 8 1/2. This film screened theatrically in numerous festivals, winning several awards, as well as being used in recruiting material for the school. It was also almost my entire portfolio upon graduation and got me interviews at Pixar and ILM as well as job offers at several game studios. It was an innocent time.
