Resilience First, in conjunction with the Police Foundation, is delighted to present you a webinar to hear from Sir Craig Mackey QPM, former Deputy Commissioner, Metropolitan Police, in conversation with Bob Rothenberg MBE, former Chairman, Blick Rothenberg.

The current Commissioner of the MPS has said that 'communities defeat terrorism'. This statement can be expanded to include other lawless behaviour from tackling street crime to social disorder. It is also true for defeating our latest threat, Covid-19.

However, bringing communities together as a force multiplier is not an easy task. It involves businesses, both large and small, residences, schools, sport centres, churches and others operating in a common space for mutual benefit.

By way of an informal conversation, the speaker and interviewer will explore how policing and law enforcement can help to build greater resilience among communities and businesses, including policing the pandemic.
