An embodiment of the parallels between memory and experience through music and movement.

Memory is a direct reflection of experience. What we experience shapes how memory is imprinted in our minds, directly influencing the shaping of our mental images, perception, and judgement.
From an early age, we are molded by our primings to be a certain way, think a certain way, say or not say certain words, go and not go certain places—thus giving us a certain vision of the world. Our experiences from adolescence to adulthood shift with the conscious breaking of this molded behavior. A series of rebellious breaks lead to monumental experiences, granting us freedom from the boundaries of our priming.
In these original scores, we explore the juxtaposing familiarity of, and freedom from, our early adolescent priming, and the realities of how experience and memory interplay to influence the core of our beings.

Feeling the pull for the world unknown. Feeling the pull for the comfort of the familiar. Tainted by curiosities. Discovering fresh air. Falling or flying, who knows? What goes up must come down and what goes around, comes around.
