The PushnDraw is an assistive device designed to help people with limited fine motor control in their hands to draw or write. When weight is applied to the device, a pencil (or pen) connects with the writing surface. Ball castors on the bottom of the device then affords the ability to produce drawn lines by relocating the action of writing/drawing from the muscles in the hand to the elbow or shoulder. This device has proven helpful for children with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita and shows promise for assisting children with Cerebral Palsy and other motor disabilities.
