A respone to Pamela Zoline's forgotten sci-fi short story 'The Heat Death of the Universe,' in which wearied housewife Sarah Boyle desperately tries to exhaustively organise and catalogue her household to resist the Universe's inevitable entropic doom. A self-defeating excercise; as my Boyle-proxy attempts in futility to empirically rationalise their environment, it buckles around them and the case for empirical, post-Enlightenment, computational knowledge itself fails. A message to our community; we should not be doing this, we must withdraw from this paradigm.
Work in progress; to be a 3-channel HD video with live action, CG and archival elements.
