In the winter semester I was working on kinetic facades, and in the process of modeling created several facades in which the idea of movement is the same. For all other facades, the idea of movement is the same, you might say, so called «gills» were applied, which, for example, close at night and open during a day for light to pass into the pavilion .
The following image shows exactly how it works. The principle of movement will be like a flower, with sunrise the «Gills» will gradually open, and vice versa, at night they will completely close.
The material is going to be awning, which will be fixed to the metal skeleton inside and outside. Tent architectural objects have a number of doubtless advantages: lower production cost, lighter weight, high strength, elasticity and great freedom in shaping.
The construction itself will be a temporary installation that can be dismantled and moved to another location.
The pavilions will be designed for relaxation, entertainment or exhibition space.
