Outgrown is an interpretation of the experience of learning, growth, and understanding our environment. The improvised contemporary dance sequence follows the protagonist around the space, while the dancer himself is also discovering the building through movement, play, observation, and following. The film depicts the universal lived experience of childhood innocence and curiosity, but the questions outlined include; "In what ways do we allow ourselves to learn? What can we explore or learn from within the environment around us? And further, do we ever stop learning or growing up?"
