Ôon est un meuble-sculpture. Son motif
issu du collage de feuilles de bois fait
référence à l’univers végétal. Cette œuvre
tente de provoquer l’inattendu. D’un
simple geste latéral, Ôon se sépare en
deux et dévoile un espace caché offrant
une architecture pour enfant, imaginée
comme une bulle de repos ; Ôon est un
oeuf, un nid, un arbre, un refuge.
À l’extérieur, imperceptible, la structure
offre à l’intérieur une cavité en escalier
faite d’anneaux de bois dont certains
se sont changés en Plexigass® diffusant
une lumière tamisée, propice au secret.
Utilisant le principe de fonctionnement
des imprimantes 3D (l’ajout de matière
par couches) le dessin se transforme,
par cette succession de couches de
contreplaqué, en un volume en trois
dimensions.

Ôon is a piece of furniture-sculpture.
His pattern from the bonding sheets
of wood refers to the plant world.
This work attempts to provoke the
unexpected. With a simple lateral
movement, Ôon splits in two, revealing
a hidden space with an architecture
for child, imagined as a resting bubble;
Ôon is an egg, a nest, a tree, a refuge.
Outside, imperceptible, the structure
offers inside a cavity staircase made
of wood rings, some of which are
changed in Plexigass® spreading a soft
light, conducive to secret. Using the
principle of operation of the 3D printer
(adding material in layers) the design is
transformed by the succession of layers
of plywood, in a three-dimensional
