Cutting machine with rotating knife mod 401-07-150.

It is specially designed to cut profiles with steel inserts and angle spliced profiles. The machine has water intake for lubrication during the cut. The water lubrication starts automatically when the cycle starts.

Operation procedure:
• The operator inserts both profile ends into the cutting guide. The guides are equipped with end stoppers, to make sure the profile is placed in the correct position.
• The operator pushes the foot-pedal to fix the profile in the cutting guides.
• The operator pushes the 2-handsbutton and manually push the cutting blades down.

The cutting machine has two cutting blades so that it can cut both sides of the profile at the same time.

The machine is manually operated and is designed for pre-cut profiles.

Cutting guide:
The cutting machine is equipped with cutting guides. The guides are equipped with end stoppers, to make sure the profile is placed in the correct position. During the cut, the profile is fixed in the guide to make sure no deformation of the geometry of the cross-section. The guides are custom-made for each cross-section.

Quick-change off-cutting guides.

Cutting knife:
The cutting machine is equipped with a circular rotating cutting knife. The rotating speed on the cutting knife can be adjusted to make sure the optimal speed for different types of material.

Possible to fit the machine with various types of cutting blades for the best cutting quality for all types of profiles.

The up and down movement of the cutting knife is done manually.

The circular rotating cutting knife has a quick loose and fit function, to easy and fast change of knife.
