Vulnerability comes in many forms, yet always as a process. ''No walls within'' was a performance-making workshop where we explored breaking barriers that we hold within to access our vulnerability. Evenings of character development based on stories where vulnerability was challenged by outside forces, embodied listening and communication, bridging words with movement, creating collaborative performances. All while healing and building community.
