THE UNKNOWN: comparing moments of training from 2019 in Barcelona with years before allows for reflection on the possibility afforded by consistent practice. This is of course not isolated to the physical - practice is both the investment and manifestation of potential, whatever the subject or orientation.

These videos span around 6 years - from 80kg to 65kg, from a bodybuilding to calisthenics to movement perspective, through numerous setbacks and injuries and few successes, from ignorance to knowledge and back to ignorance again. I am thankful for it all. Nothing foreseen, nothing predicted, nothing guaranteed - always an experiment, trusting in the promise of nothing but that which is made by oneself. To embrace the unknown and make it up as one goes along; to create your own substance, your own meaning, to accept the responsibility of both your victories and failures.
