It's a race to be the first one to touch the middle! If you lose your balance you start back at the beginning. This one took us a while to master. To begin with, our feet were really uncomfortable with the pressure of standing on the rope so we could only do a few minutes. But each time we practised our foot mobility improved... as did our balance...and it keeps getting better!
