We are curious and fascinated about the reason why we move. Beyond the notion that it makes us fit and healthy (which it can when done mindfully) there is something else that we are each drawn to and I feel that how we choose to move i.e. what we choose to do yoga/run/climb/BJJ/football/tennis/gymnasti…. is decided by our body because that method gives our bodies the best opportunity to express how it is feeling inside. Our mind hijacks this and the ego thinks it is because we want to get strong or flexible or win, but there is I feel a deeper quest for meaning that if we can listen to will progress us far more than doing the thing.

I feel there is something deeper and that is what this series is about and every person has their own experiences which are wanting to be expressed.
I trust and hope that the podcasts and the films will connect with you, not necessarily in the sequence of events but in the feeling that within each of us there is more than we realise and when we can realise that individually and connect collectively then the magic will happen.
