Hello, If we’ve not met before I am Victoria Jones, the owner and creator or Victoria Jones Wellbeing,

My passion is to inspire and support women to take responsibility of their health, happiness and hormones with nourishing food, movement and simple lifestyle strategies.

It is so easy to forget the basics, fall out of a routine and normalise exhaustion, overwhelm, poor sleep and troublesome symptoms.

However, adding a few simple actions in to (or maybe BACK into) your daily routine can have the biggest impact on your motivation and ultimately complete wellbeing.

We can all create new, positive habits, we just have to be disciplined (particularly in the early days) to do things differently.

It’s the simple changes applied consistently that have the most positive impact of your energy, happiness, health and hormones.

To get yourself back on the wellbeing track (feeling motivated and energised) I have created my Motivation Month Challenge. Whilst some of the simplest and most beneficial strategies for your wellbeing are listed here, only YOU can implement them!

I promise you though it will be the repetitive implementation of these actions that will re-motivate and energise you and that is invaluable for your health and happiness.
