This is an animation I made for a group project in uni to promote a mental health clinic for athletes - Sporting Chance. The aim was to encourage athletes to take care of their mental health and seek help when they need to. It is also to spread awareness about the mental health issues athletes face.
The animation was made with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
