This is just a snippet of an hour long phone conversation on 05/30/2018.

This isn’t the first time that Attorney Jeffrey Pape has spoken about having “had clients murdered before”.
The context of this comment is interpretable in several different ways and it differs from his prior statements about his clients being murdered..

During this call Mr. Pape repeatedly tells my Mother, “Mary’s the target” “she’s the target”.

Understandably, my Mother became even more afraid and terrified after this call.

Mr. Pape first met with us at his office
on November 21st, 2017.
During that meeting, without either of us eliciting information from him, Mr. Pape *stated:
•”I’ve had clients murdered during cases.
Have I represented the County on multiple murder cases? Yes. Are we fully armed around here? Yes.”

NOTE: I reviewed this thoroughly and Attorney Jeff Pape has NO CRIMINAL LAW BACKGROUND.

NOTE: I can’t see any upside of the statement, “I’ve had clients murdered during cases”. If you have a client, I would presume that you wouldn’t want them killed. And it’s a vague statement open to negative interpretation! Did Mr. Pape kill these clients? Did he hire someone to kill them?

*All meetings with Mr. Pape, landline calls and court appearances were recorded and professionally transcribed.

•••ACTION TAKEN:
My Mother and I each started emailing Criminal Prosecuting Attorney Richard J. Cutler of the California Attorney Generals Office in Sacramento, California.
Attorney Cutler filed the Felony criminal complaint in March of 2017 against the FCPA (Fresno County Public Administrators Office).
The FCPA has disbanded but was part of the Fresno County Probate Court.
Prosecuting Attorney Richard J. Cutler is aware that the Fresno County Probate Court is rampant with unlawfulness.
It made sense to go to Mr. Cutler because of his direct familiarity than to start at square one.
•••RESULT: Mr. Cutler wouldn’t provide us any assistance.
