As young people have more of an opportunity to choose where they want to live than they ever have in history, the unique assets that we have in Fergus Falls, including our historic downtown and the beautiful river that runs through it.

And so as Fergus Falls, as we turn towards the river and kind of re-engage with the river, I really think that it's going to appeal to young people and their choice of where they want to live and raise a family."
