#LeanPortfolioManagement is a #LeanEnterpriseCompetency and describes how a #SAFeportfolio is ultimately a collection of #ValueStreams for specific #business domains. The #ValueStreams develop #solutions for the #market, or for #internaloperational #valuestreams. Why is this useful?

#LPM relies on three events to work smoothly: #StrategicPortfolioReview, #PortfolioSync, and #ParticipatoryBudgeting. The #StrategicPortfolioReview enables continuous #strategy, #implementation, and #budgetalignment, #advancing the #portfoliovision. #PortfolioSync provides a look into the progress of the #portfolio, to see how well the set objectives are being met. Finally, #ParticipatoryBudgeting is where #stakeholders decided how to invest the #portfoliobudget.
