Living in the shattered years post WWII, young Leon has to deal with his senile Grandmother moving in to his family’s small apartment and theatre Manager Ivone lives a lonely life, working day in and day out behind the scenes of traveling companies. Their lives change when they discover a similar device –
a metallic cylinder used in both music boxes and automatic pianos; triggering in both a love for music bigger than they could imagine.
