My class is an introduction to yoga art therapy. The first half of the class begins with meditation, breathwork, and intuitive movement, then transitions into empowering asana sequences, such as the warrior 2 series. Students are encouraged to feel their intrinsic strength as they move. In the second half of the class, students are given a choice of art therapy directives aimed at capturing any insights by pulling back the layers and putting words or images to what they are feeling in their body. Please bring paper and pencil or pen, or any other art materials of your choice.
