These bonds are not just beneficial to the baby but they are priceless in helping regulate the mother's emotional space too.
Co-regulation is a two way street. Your baby has the innate and unique ability to bring you to a centered space, physically, emotionally and socially.
Also, this shared practice has transformative powers in facilitating deep friendships among mothers who come to our class. Class after class we see a social fabric forming of a sisterhood that runs deep and has true meaning and depth to the relationships... the coffees and cakes after certainly help!
