KB Reverse Clean
This is a movement prep exercise for the KB Clean. The focus is to learn how to roll the bell off the forearm instead of pushing the bell out of the rack position.
Start with the bell between the feet and hinging at the hips. Assisting with the opposite hand, guide the bell into the rack position by rolling it onto the forearm while maintaining a straight wrist. Once in the rack position, soften the grip and roll the bell off the forearm and place it back on the ground. Practice keeping the wrist straight through the movement, as well as the need to push the bell forward, away from the body.
