LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Participants will be able to -
a) Identify the key elements required for establishing a task-force/team to lead the re-entry initiative for their organization.
b) Identify which sections of their organizations' Business Continuity Plans should be updated in our current paradigm of pandemic infectious disease. A partial list of elements to be updated are call trees, spokesperson lists, media contacts, technology back up plans, and virtual pivot plans.
c) Understand which practices support workplace mental health and employee resilience and which ones erode them. This segment of the webinar will also cover cursory elements of communication planning techniques, workplace health and safety, and other approaches that support employee psychological safety at work.
