More than one billion people around the world have some form of disability, 93 million of whom are children under the age of 14, according to WHO data. Some of the most common and often seriously neglected forms of childhood disabilities are learning disabilities, often termed “hidden disabilities” that are not easily identified, as opposed to physical disabilities.
Dyslexia is the most common form of all learning disabilities. One in every 20 people has dyslexia. However, it rarely is known by people in China. People often misunderstand that children with dyslexia do not study hard enough, let alone get diagnosed or targeted help.
Inside is a game designed for none Dyslexic people to understand dyslexia and arouse the concern of most people in Asian-pacific. The goal of the game is to help the little comma finish reading a word from left to right. If the little comma did not jump on the character, he would return to the origin and start reading again. In the game, players need to move the mouse to reveal the outside world that they usually see and explore the inside world of people with dyslexia. In struggles and failures, players will experience the frustration and embarrassment of reading in daily life.
