“Inquietudes evocadas en rojo” parte de la intervención digital de películas familiares encontradas en Internet. Estas imágenes, adoptadas como material de trabajo, son procesadas y vectorizadas cuadro a cuadro, indagando sobre los cuerpos, espacios y movimientos encontrados en ellas. Se trabaja reinterpretando y apropiándose de estas imágenes ajenas, buscando su conexión e identificación con la memoria fotográfica personal más profunda. Se trata de poner de manifiesto su vitalidad, manipulándolas en búsqueda de que se transformen a sí mismas, deconstruyéndose. Me interesa pensarlas como imágenes inquietas, sin descanso, como si formasen parte de un movimiento desordenado, del mismo modo que las partículas de una sustancia en constante alteración. Así, se propone una reflexión sobre la percepción de las imágenes en la memoria y su forma aleatoria de manifestarse en el inconsciente, concibiéndolas como una masa amorfa de color rojo en permanente reorganización y conflicto. En este desorden de posibilidades, se articula un juego entre los límites formales de la abstracción y figuración, incentivando una mirada que trascienda la apariencia y la connotación de lo representado.

"Red-evoked agitations" was born from the digital intervention of family films founded on the internet. These images, adopted as work material, are processed and vectorized frame by frame, investigating the figures, spaces and movements founded in them. The work consists in reinterpreting and appropriating these foreign images, seeking their connection and identification with the deepest personal photographic memory. It's about highlighting their vitality, manipulating them in search of transforming themselves, deconstructing them. I am interested in thinking them as anxious images, without rest, as if they were part of a disordered movement, in the same way as the particles of a substance in constant alteration. In this way, it proposes to ponder on the perception of the images in memory and its random form to manifest in the unconscious, conceiving them as an amorphous red dough in permanent reorganization and conflict. In this disorder of possibilities, a sort of game develops between the formal limits of abstraction and figuration, encouraging a look that transcends the appearance and connotation of the represented.
