These are exercises designed for both personal and public trauma healing. We perform them publicly and intentionally and we physically and verbally demonstrate for social safety. We raise our hands while wearing a tshirt or giving out info about the social safety movement. The first exercise is raising your hands publicly but this still helps with a sore neck and the slouch whenever you choose to do it. We are using this technique somatically to heal our society today.
