This workshop will provide an overview of the Human Capacity Community Transformation (HCCT) initiative that was launched in October 2019. The initiative provides an opportunity for over 100 different initiatives across the Community Action network to be spotlighted and shared as best-practices. It also supports network capacity-building to support higher-impact, transformative work with individuals and families and at the level of community/systems change. This workshop will introduce participants to the three-year goals of the project as well as the strategic benefits it could bring to Community Action for years to come.
