Amazon shipping suspensions, and Amazon's terrible delays in getting back to you when you're writing your own plans of action. We're not seeing it with our plans of action, and I think I know why, but sellers all over the world are seeing terrible delays in Amazon getting back to you; 11 days, 15 days, 30 days, just absolutely awful response times by Amazon, when you're writing your own plans of action.

You must extend your expected delivery date. Amazon is doing it, and if Jeff Bezos can do it, you can do it too. This way, the customer's never unhappy. If you get a product early, everybody's excited. If it comes late, everybody complains, so extend the dates of your shipments. Now here's what the problem is with Amazon's response time. We have been expecting for weeks now, a terrible delay in responses to plans of action because Amazon sent their staff in India home. The Indian government ordered the same thing that America and other countries ordered, which is to stay home and don't go to work, to control the coronavirus. So we anticipated a delay, only we never saw it. We have not experienced any slow down in Amazon's response time to our plans of action. If you write a plan of action where you admit to fault, if you write a plan of action that is not well-written, if you write a plan of action that's going to be rejected, Amazon seems to be putting those on the side and responding to those weeks down the road. They seem to be addressing better plans of action, more well-written appeals first. And it's not just shipping suspensions; it is suspensions across the board.

Amazon report price gouging is, again, a breakout search term on Google. This means your consumers are looking for reasons to complain about you on Amazon. You must control pricing right now, or your account and your listing are going to go down. Last week's good news where I told you that we're getting more and more 72 hour notices, and more listing suspensions rather than entire account suspensions, changed over this past weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday, we saw numerous sellers whose entire businesses were shut down because of allegations of price gouging.

The difference was that the sellers that contacted over the weekend were clearly engaged in price gouging. So if Amazon is your livelihood, if Amazon is your long term business, now is not the time to raise prices on anything at all associated with the coronavirus.
