Allow your knees to gently roll over to one side, keeping your shoulders flat on the floor or bed. Only go as far as is comfortable, then come back to center and allow your knees to drop to the opposite side.

This is a gentle, rolling, side-to-side action, moving gently with control from one side to the other. You should feel your tummy muscles working gently as you roll your knees back up. It’s very important to keep your knees and feet together as you roll to each side.
