The Give Joy Foundation has worked with strategic partners to help level the playing field for those children who are dealing with food insecurities in their home. We have done this through Joy Grants, which allow teachers in BISD to directly request funds for their classroom to integrate fitness or movement into their classroom, or to help offset the costs of snacks that they often purchase with their own money.
We have also worked for the last 10+ years to bring Christmas, including presents and a traditional holiday meal, to families who likely wouldn’t have otherwise been able to afford to enjoy the holidays. We have been able to make such an incredible impact thus far, but in order to take our philanthropy to the next level, we need your help! Please support our 1st ever GiveJoy Field Day. A fun day of family and adult games.
