You're going to write down and answer these 4 questions everyday of this training- This is your daily check in � it's how we tune you into your natural rhythm.

1. How do I feel Physically? (hunger level, tired, headache, energy level)
2. How do I feel mentally? (easy/hard to focus, foggy. determined, tension, stress)
3. How do I feel emotionally? (this is all about how you FEEL.name it - no buffers here. sad, happy, joyful, angry, frustrated, irritable, etc)
4. How do I feel Spiritually? how connected do you feel to what you call God, Source, Angels, watch the live video for an example of this)
