A biped rig setup i have been working on here and there for fun. It can be adjusted for characters with different proportions and has squash and stretch, some eyefollow stuff on the face and a few other things.
The autopolish feature towards the end of the video is a bit experimental but it is a mix of animation channel offsets and jiggles that is blended with the base animation to help add some extra smooth or "polish" to the final anim.
