"Dude Dada" plays with different tonal possibilities offered by the fujara. When mixed sounds of voice and flute tone are made to vibrate with the right frequencies, shimmering colours and sometimes whole chords emerge. The percussive potential of the fujara is also widely developed in this piece. Sounds that are partly reminiscent of DJ scratches and the ternary basic rhythm make the piece a funky number with a text massage that is inspired by a short but important artistic literary movement, Dadaism, which spread throughout Europe over a few years from 1916 onwards, with artists demonstrating in many ways against the First World War through abstraction, nonsense and illogic and provoking people with rigid ideas of art.

The piece is recorded on a very powerful fujara by master builder Pavol Smutný from Dúbravy.
