To perform a foot massage, remember to:
1. Rotate the foot.
2. Rub the top of the foot to the ankle.
3. Rub the bottom of the foot.
4. Rub thumbs against the heels.
5. Twist your fist into the foot instep.
6. Pull toes.
7. Make a figure eight with each toe.
8. Repeat movements as desired.
9. Perform the final movement.

10. Transition to leg massage.
11. Perform effleurage movements on the front of the leg.
12. Perform effleurage movements on the back of the leg.
