Flowing Cycles

Through the workshop, we will seek our body physically to go towards a self-transcendence and find ways to recycle, renew our energy beyond exhaustion while remaining in motion.
We will seek to better understand our mechanics, the physical laws that govern our movement, in search of a field of richer possibilities in our dance and out of our comforts zones.
We can then, through different exercises and improvisations, overcome our limits, our personal boundaries and bring our physical and bodily skills to another level.

What interests me is to see how far the human body can go without physical damage. It will be a very physical, dynamic and emotional experience that will connect the body and the mind.

Another important point of the workshop will be dedicated to the mental appeasement, letting go of the mind, and thus allowing the free expression of the intelligence of the body.
Nowadays and speaking of personal experiences, before performing a physical action we spend a moment of reflection before being able to realize this action. We try to understand it even before we have tried it physically.
By freeing our bodies from these continuous reflections, we will be able to soothe our mind and realize that we are capable of doing so much if we do not block it with our preconceptions, our fears.

This workshop will be a journey through our inner being to reconnect with our human movements instincts, discover new physical possibilities and let go while exchanging and sharing within a group of people on the move.
