FF7200 + FF8200 facing and milling style machines have THK rails on the top and bottom side of the turning arm. When the machine is dropped, swung into a solid object during rigging, or just used across a severely interrupted cut like bolt holes and welded material, the socket head shoulder bolts that hold the rails onto the arm shear off. It's normally very hard to see because of the caps that cover the screw heads. You need to use a mag-base indicator and try a wiggle-test of the tool head to make sure there is no movement. If there is, then likely one of more of the rail retaining screws has been compromised, and needs to be replaced.
