Toxins come in many shapes and forms, from the pollutants in your surroundings, to the toxic your own mind produce in stressful situations, when you let negative thoughts fester long enough to dominate your mind.

Breathwork in movement is a great way to detox the body, mind and spirit. Especially during the critical period we are living in, it can profoundly help you to detox properly and release all the stress and toxic energy accumulated over time.
