Fractal noise has been changed to different hues of blue and their opacity levels have also been altered to give it the illusion of depth. Different ´Wiggle´ expressions have also been used so that they also move at different speeds to give it unpredictable movement patterns.
The same expression was given to a ´Glow´ effect, which is what emboldens it´s energy attribute.
